Holy EucharistEvery Sunday at 10:00 a.m. to about 11:10 a.m., we gather for worship; Holy Eucharist, Rite II (Book of Common Prayers.) The Sunday liturgy consists of two parts. First, the Liturgy of the Word: we hear the Word of God from the Scriptures, a sermon from the priest, and we offer prayers from our community. The second part of the Liturgy is the celebration of the Holy Eucharist: the Lord's Supper. All baptized Christians, regardless of age or denominations, are most welcome to share the Holy Eucharist around the altar at our Lord’s Table. Anyone (baptized or not) can also come forward for a blessing if you so wish. |
Bible Study & Healing Prayers
Every Tuesday from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., we will have our weekly Bible Study in the Chapel using the excellent materials from “Reading Between the Lines” (from the Educational Center from North Carolina). It is led by one of our lay leaders, Mr. Michael Kim, and assisted by Fr. Ray Woo. We will avoid the Fundamentalist way of Bible Study. Instead, we will pay attention to the historical, cultural, and religious contexts of the biblical texts. We will also focus on the spiritual meaning of the text and explore how God might inspire us to learn from the biblical text and apply its teaching and wisdom in our lives as disciples of Jesus Christ in His Way of Love. After the Bible Study, we will have brief healing prayers together in our Episcopal tradition asking the Holy Spirit to guide and bless us and the people who have requested for our prayers.

Adult ForumFor adult religious formation, we gather at our parish hall, with aromatic coffee and delicious pastry, every Sunday morning from 9:00 a.m. to about 9:40 a.m. for our Adult Forum. We study our Episcopal Tradition, the Book of Common Prayer, the wider Christian Church Tradition, etc. We sincerely seek to learn more about God and our faith. We encourage each other to grow in our relationship with Jesus Christ our Lord, and in our commitment to serve people in and out of the Church. We also share the stories of our lives, and occasionally discuss about important current events from the perspective of our Christian faith. All are welcome.
